Your model’s purchase page shows its current availability and delivery estimate. Your sauna travels in a reinforced PeakGuard crate. The carrier arranges a curbside delivery appointment. Shipping & delivery
Yes, 30 days. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery, with the sauna fully disassembled and repacked in its original crate. A 25% restocking fee applies and return shipping is paid by the customer. Refund policy
